The gömböc is the thematic focus of the Hungarian pavilion at the Expo in Shanghai (1 May to 31 October 2010). To mark that occasion the Hungarian Post Office has issued a block of stamps . Each of the individual stamps shows a different characteristic position during the movement of a gömböc. Three sides of the stamps are cut and one side is perforated.

What makes this book of stamps special and a philatelic world first is that when quickly flicking through the book the gömböc can be seen to move (flip-book efect).

The 30 stamps of the block have a face value of HUF 100 each.
